Re-transplanting back to Omaha after two years of miscellaneous travels & other living locations has been a great experience; I've been soaking up all of the local creative, music, & outdoor events that I missed in that time span.
You can catch Michael Jones McKean's 'The Rainbow' show twice daily until September 15th [you can check the schedule at the link; it's a twenty minute show] at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Art in the Old Market Downtown.
Since you're already at the Bemis, I highly recommend checking out Kan Seidel's video exhibit 'Performing Human' there are some great use of layer projected video over top of still frame photos; which drew my attention because of it's similarities to my 'Layered Exposure' series & to one of my future presentation concepts for the series.
